고객의 책임있는 사유로 제품이 훼손되었거나, 사용 흔적이 있는 경우 환불 및 반품이 불가합니다.
단순 변심에 의한 반품 시 왕복 택배비는 고객 부담입니다.
상품 불량 또는 오배송의 경우 반품 배송비는 초록스튜디오가 부담합니다.
반품 상품 회수 및 검수 완료 후 3-5 영업일 이내에 환불이 진행됩니다.
해외카드 결제의 경우 환율 변동 및 카드사 정책에 따라 실제 환불 금액에 차이가 발생할 수 있습니다.

Returns and refunds are available within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Returns and refunds are not available if the product is damaged, used, or its value has been reduced due to customer responsibility.
Custom-made products or items marked as non-refundable are not eligible for returns or refunds.
For returns due to change of mind, round-trip shipping costs are borne by the customer.
In case of defective products or incorrect delivery, the seller will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
For international card payments, the refunded amount may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations and card issuer policies.

무상 보증 기간은 24개월로, 이 기간 이내의 수선은 왕복 택배비만 부담해 주시면 됩니다.
단, 사용 중 제품이 손상된 경우 손상 종류에 따라 기존 상태로 복구하는 것이 불가능할 수 있습니다. (원단 찢김, 심각한 오염 등)
보증 기간이 경과된 제품도 수선이 가능하며, 수선에 드는 실비 및 왕복 택배비를 부담해 주시면 됩니다.
